MLB Player and Coach Clint Hurdle - June 14, 2025!

- VIP ticket holders will be let in at 4:30 to meet with Coach Hurdle
- Doors for the event will open at 6:00
- There will be music and entertainment before Coach Hurdle gives his interesting, humorous and inspirational talk
- Location: The event is at the Glenwood Consolidated School District Activities Complex/High School Football field. The address is: 401 Sivers Road, Glenwood, IA 51534.
- Parking: You can park north of the football field in the Glenwood Middle School parking lot or to the east in the Glenwood High School parking lot (and walk on the path and across the footbridge that leads to the football field).
- If you are going to the Davies Amphitheater on June 14 to see Pet Rock, their concert starts at 7:00. If you buy a regular seating ticket ($20) and show your Davies Gold Card (or ticket), we will upgrade you to a VIP ticket for free. You can spend time with Coach Hurdle starting at 4:30 and go across Glenwood Park for the concert at 7:00.

Ticket Prices:
- Adults: $20 + $1.95 processing fee = $21.95
- Children: $8 + .90 processing fee = $8.90
- VIP (meet and greet starting at 4:30 with Coach Hurdle): $30 + $2.45 processing fee = $32.45. Children coming to the VIP time their parents (who have VIP tickets) only need the regular children's general admission ticket (to make it affordable for families to come to the VIP time).

Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Banner - $100
- Company/group banner will be displayed on the fence at the event
Bronze - $500
- 4 VIP event tickets
- Company/group name on the event program, mentioned once at the end of event and on the auction table
- Meet and greet with 1 provided Clint Hurdle baseball card to have him sign as part of the event (with photo opp.)
Silver - $1,000
- 10 VIP event tickets (with early entry)
- Company/group name on the event program, mentioned twice at the beginning and end of event, and on the auction table
- 2 baseball cards and 1 book (for Coach Hurdle to sign), poster on silent auction table, meet and greet, banner optional, 10 free raffle tickets
Gold - $2,000
- 20 VIP event tickets (with early entry)
